Dear Parents,
We would like to extend a friendly reminder and invitation to all families to attend our virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) this February 26th, starting at 7:00 PM.
During the meeting, parents will receive important and relevant information about school matters, including school fees and the registration process. Following the presentations, there will be a Q&A session where you will have the opportunity to engage directly with Regional Education Committee members and the school administration.
To join, please click the link just before 7:00 PM (the link will be provided the day of the AGM), and you will be admitted from the waiting room into the presentation. For a smooth experience, please note that your video and microphone will be disabled to minimize any potential disruptions. We also recommend using a stable internet connection, preferably a wired one. If you experience difficulties viewing the presentation, we have enabled an option for you to call in and listen as an alternative.
The chat feature will be available for you to submit questions during the meeting. These will be addressed during the Q&A session. You can find the chat feature at the bottom of your screen.
Important Notes:
Registration packages for incoming Grade 8 students, as well as returning students, will be available for pick-up from the school office between 8 AM and 4 PM on Thursday, February 27, and Friday, February 28.
Please return the completed packages in person on the following Registration Completion dates:
Monday, March 10 (9 AM–6 PM) for incoming Grade 8s
Tuesday, March 11 (3 PM–7 PM) for returning students
Wednesday, March 12 (1 PM–7 PM) for returning students
